Message	Any time you go to a gear ratio larger than the current ratio, you're going to be adding noise. It is more apparent if you don't change your tire size to accommodate the change in the odometer. And on top of all that, aftermarket rings and pinions tend to make more noise because of the hardening process the metal goes through.
